Tory W. Moore, O.D.
Diplomate, American Board of Optometry
Dr. Moore is originally from Dumas, graduating from DHS in 1982. He received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Texas Tech University in 1986. He then received his doctorate in Optometry in 1990. After completing an internship at Sheppard Air Force Base hospital, he returned to Dumas to set up his practice, which is entering it’s 33rd year in business.
Dr Moore is board certified by the American Board of Optometry. He belongs to the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. He is a member and has served as president of the Panhandle Optometric Society as well. Dr. Moore has been active in the local community. He has served on the Dumas Education Foundation board of directors and served as president. He has served as president of the Dumas Noon Lions club as well as various other positions in that club. Dr. Moore served as president of the Dumas/Moore County Chamber of Commerce for two consecutive years. He was active in developing the baseball sports complex for Dumas as well as coaching Little League. Dr. Moore is an elder at Grace Thru Faith Fellowship and wants everybody to know of the peace, hope, and love of Jesus Christ when you have a personal relationship with Him, not just religion. His wife, Kaye, is a contract realtor for The Real Estate Gals team, associated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties Dumas, besides being the greatest wife, mother and grandmother. They have two children, and seven wonderful grandchildren. Dr Moore is passionate about helping people to see and preserve their sight; also he loves genealogy, traveling the world, fishing, hunting and is an ardent supporter of our 2nd Amendment rights. He is a life time member of the NRA and Texas State Rifle Associations.
Kisika, Certified Optician, A.B.O.C.
Kisika has over 23 years of opticianary experience and is certified by the American Board of Opticianary for the last 21 years. She has been with our team for 20 years. She serves as Office Manager and is in charge of our on-site lens finishing lab. Kisika is also one of our frame stylists to help you with your frame and lens selection. She is married to husband, Guy, who works for. She enjoys volleyball (she played on the 1989 & 1990 Dumas 4-A State Championship teams), camping and spending time with her three children and helping to coach their sports. Family is very important to her.
Dianna, Optician/Frame Stylist
Dianna is also one of our opticians to help you with your frame and lens selection. She has been with our team for 14 years. She is married to Jimmy, who works at Fleet-care Services. They have two children and five grandchildren. She loves spending time with her grandchildren and traveling.
Liah, Optician / Para-optometric
Liah joined our team about 1 year ago and assists patients in the eyewear gallery selecting eyewear as well as in the clinic as needed. She likes photography, hiking, adventures and chocolate chip cookies.
Selene, Para-optometric
Selene is a para-optometric, assisting Dr Moore and patients in the clinic area. She has been on our team for 10 yrs. She is been married to Billy for 21 yrs & has 4 daughters. Her hobbies are Crafting, Dancing and Fishing with her husband and spending most of the time with her family.
Leslie, Para-optometric
Leslie has recently joined our team. Originally from Vernon, she has served as a Para-Optometric before in Wichita Falls, Tx. She has 2 daughters and enjoys shopping, spending time with family and watching “The Office.”
Yuri – Financial Manager
Yuri is our office Financial Manager and has been with our office for 4 years. She has over 7 years experience in Accounting. Yuri was born & raised in Perryton, TX. She graduated in 2009 and moved on to Amarillo, TX for the following 10 years. There she met her husband Jason and married in May 2019. They wanted to start their family in a small town and Dumas seemed like the perfect spot. Her husband is a technician at John Deere and they have two children. Yuri is one of five children; her parents still live in her hometown. Yuri’s father in law is a pastor at Primera Iglesia Bautista in Dumas. Yuri enjoys reading, skiing and playing Sudoku in pen only.
Celine – Front Desk Concierge
Celine has been with our team for 2 years and serves as a concierge/receptionist that will greet you at the door and begin the check in process. She assists with scheduling appointments and other patient needs. Celine was born in Dumas, Tx, but raised in many states across the United States. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children, daughter 10, daughter 7 and son 4. Outside of work she enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her children.
Saidee – Insurance Administrator
Saidee is our Insurance Administrator and has been with our office for 3 years. She was born and raised in Dumas. She is married to Shawn, who works at Scout Energy. They have two daughters and two sons. She enjoys going to the lake, camping and spending time with family.
Flora – Head Patient Care Coordinator
Flora has been with Dumas Vision Source for 2 years. She is the schedule coordinator for the office and her duties include confirming appointments directly with patients, responding to phone calls and quickly adjusting the schedule as needs emerge. She checks out patients after their exams as well. She was born and raised in Dumas and a 1998 DHS graduate, who went on to get a B.S. in psychology from Mid America Christian University in 2021. She is married to Andy, who works for TX Dot as an engineer inspector. They have 5 children. She is passionate about Jesus Christ, her loved ones and Mother nature. She likes dancing, spending time with family, puzzles, gaming, and binging on TV series.
Danielle Fulton – Assistant Patient Care Coordinator
Danielle recently joined our team this last year. She helps with scheduling and contacting patients for annual exams and assists in check out of patients or other places as needed. She grew up in Dumas, met her husband, Tom, got married and moved to beautiful Idaho for 23 years. She loves the mountains, trees and water but dreadfully missed her family back in Texas. They moved back to Dumas to be with her large family here and loves the Panhandle as well. She loves gardening, animals, her large family and most importantly, her Lord and Savior, Jesus!
